  • im SAD and stupid for thinking that i could reach my goal...

    look at us all we do is write about how were going to actuallyt lose the weight but never do it or have days where we eat then say whyyyyyyyyyyy what we lack is will power...thats why we will never get there cus we always find a excuse but but but......its true if only we did and followed a strick programme would we achieve our goal...so why just dont we give up and become FAT b*****S and eat as we have no will power..............we expect short cuts to be the solution....

    as u realised im a bit pissed off today...for the last 4 days i have been exercising for 2+ hours everyday and living of one protein shake, water and green tea and what the F**K have i lost 6 pounds thats all....so thats 110 i went to river island today and tried on a size 8 and guess what it was tight!!!!!!!!!

  • day 17

    today i look more toned my body still hurts and the scale hasnt budged i think i may have to take drastic measures...

    i was surfing the net trying to find diet stuf etc..and came aross this article it was supposed to be from a model who said to lose weight fast drink whey prtein x3 a day and have vegatables??? what do u think??

    if my weight hasnt moved tomorrow im going to go on liquid protein diet for the remaining 16 days...

     hmmm this is taking longer than normal...i didnt end up going for a run yesterday as my sis picked my up...

    today water 2 tea 1 + banana

    i feel aches and pains since yesterday long run/walk ============== WEight lose 2 pounds today 114
